Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 24-48hrs to process your order. Expect an email within 72hrs to let you know your order is on the way! The store is closed on Sundays and Stat Holidays, please adjust the times above accordingly when ordering around those days.

STORE PICKUP - 1208 Pine Ave., Trail, BC Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am - 5pm Monday-Saturday. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10kms of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Orders placed before 10am the day during store hours Monday - Saturday will be delivered the same day after 5pm. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day (usually after 5pm) after we are open unless we are able to fit your order in. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email. We deliver your order to your front door (unless otherwise specified) and ring the doorbell or knock. We will not stay around until the items are picked up.
