Whether you’re planning a pet-supply restock or getting a head start on gifts for your favourite four-legged family members, it’s a great time to put that shopping list together.

How to get free shipping:

• Shop online at bnrbc.shop
• Build a qualifying cart with a merchandise subtotal of at least $349.99 CAD before taxes
• Includes oversized items like Ruff Land kennels up to the maximum
• Free shipping applies automatically at checkout to eligible shipping rates of $105 CAD or less. No promo code needed
• Large and X-Large Ruff Lands will be reimbursed after the sale is complete to a max of $125
• This promotion runs through November 30, 2026, ending at midnight as December 1 begins, Pacific Time

A few things before you check out....

• The free shipping should automatically apply, but it may not for any of the following reasons:
  • This promo will not combine with other discounts or promotions. If you have tried to use another coupon code, or added sale items into your cart it will not work. Remove the coupon code. Some sale items we may be able to ship with the free shipping promo so please contact us at info@bnrbc.ca if you would like to add clearance or sale items with your promo order.  Sale items that can be included in this will be at our discretion. 
  • Shipping rates above $105 CAD are excluded from the offer automatically - if your shipping total comes to more than $105, we will refund the maximum credit after the purchase is complete. Sometimes we can pack things inside one large box which reduces the shipping, so we will do this whenever possible for you. :)
  • Delivery availability depends on your shipping address, so enter your address at checkout to see the options available for your order.
  • If the delivery is high, it may be because you have selected multiple items and the system will quote as if each one is in a box. We can adjust this at shipping time and will refund accordingly. You may also send us an email at info@bnrbc.ca requesting a shipping quote if you would like to know what you may or may not end up paying. Another reason the cost may be high is if you are shipping to a remote location. Try a shipping depot at a more major city/town to check that.
